Join our team and play a key role in shaping engineering strategy, developing talent, and delivering sustainable project success.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee civil engineering design, planning, technical coordination, and project execution.Manage engineering teams, allocate resources, and ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, building regulations, safety requirements, and environmental guidelines.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve technical issues and minimise project risks.Monitor project performance, identify engineering challenges, and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and cost control.Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainable engineering practices across projects.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master's Degree is an advantage.Professional engineering registration or relevant certifications are preferred, depending on the role and jurisdiction.Extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction project management, with leadership experience.Strong technical knowledge of engineering design, project delivery, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
