Civil Foreman-Renovation & Fit-Out

We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to join our growing Renovation & Fit-Out construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong site execution experience and the ability to manage multiple renovation projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site activities for renovation and fit-out works.Organize and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Manage multiple sites/projects simultaneously.Monitor site safety and ensure full compliance with UAE's HSE regulations.Check materials, workmanship, and finishing quality on site.Resolve day-to-day site issues and ensure smooth project execution.Maintain daily site records, including progress reports, manpower, materials, and work stages.Liaise with project engineers, consultants, and office teams.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman (mandatory).Proven experience in renovation and interior fit-out works.Strong knowledge of civil works, concrete, block work, plastering, tiling, and finishing.Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans.Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to manage manpower and meet tight deadlines.Responsible, disciplined, and proactive approach to site management.
