This is non-negotiableMandatory Requirement: Candidate must have a 4-year Engineering Degree or Equivalent Diploma SARS Card is mandatoryJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer with strong UAE construction and contracting experience to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements across project sites.Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at project sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, checklists, and records.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and HSE training for site personnel.
• Monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project-specific safety requirements.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices and prepare reports.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safe work practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on HSE matters.
• Monitor permit-to-work systems and ensure site activities are carried out safely.
• Support emergency preparedness and ensure emergency procedures are communicated and followed.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE construction/contracting.
• Relevant HSE/Safety qualification or Engineering degree preferred.
• SARS Card is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and HSE regulations.
• Experience conducting inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
• Good knowledge of PPE, permit-to-work systems, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently at construction sites.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
