The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.Job Purpose:Leads complex civil engineering projects, ensuring designs, plans, and construction comply with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Provides guidance to junior engineers, manages site operations, and supports project teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective civil infrastructure solutions. Key responsibilities:Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring quality, safety, and technical compliance.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver integrated project solutions.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site teams.Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and schedules.Review and approve drawings, plans, calculations, and technical documentation.Evaluate design options and recommend cost-effective, practical, and high-performance solutions.Manage site resources, project budgets, risks, and timelines to optimize project delivery.Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.Prepare progress reports and communicate project achievements, challenges, and variations.Promote teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and alignment with organizational objectives.Minimum Experience & Professional Certifications 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects. Experience managing teams, overseeing technical aspects of design and construction, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Additional certifications in project management, safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA), or quality control (e.g., Six Sigma) are beneficial. Key Skills: Advanced knowledge of civil engineering design, construction, and materialsStrong leadership and team management skills Expertise in project planning and resource allocation Proficiency in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality standards Experience with contract management and negotiations
