In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of civil and structural components on construction projects, ensuring compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality assurance and protecting project integrity through meticulous documentation and professional reporting.Conduct comprehensive structural and civil inspections at various project stages, including foundation, framing, concrete placement, and finishing workVerify compliance with Saudi building codes, international standards, and project specificationsDocument inspection findings through detailed reports, photographs, and field notes using both traditional and digital methodsIdentify deficiencies, non-conformances, and safety hazards, and communicate findings to project management and contractorsAnalyze structural components and construction materials to assess quality and workmanshipPrepare clear, organized inspection reports and maintain accurate records for project documentationCollaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to resolve construction issues and ensure corrective actionsMonitor safety protocols and procedures on job sites to ensure compliance with regulationsPerform material testing coordination and verification as requiredMaintain professional communication with all stakeholders regarding inspection status and project progressQualificationsMinimum 10 years of professional experience in structural inspection, civil engineering inspection, or related fieldStrong knowledge of building codes, construction standards, and inspection methodologiesProficiency in structural assessment and analysis techniquesExcellent report writing and technical communication skillsDemonstrated ability to organize and maintain detailed inspection documentationSolid understanding of construction materials, including concrete, steel, and masonryFamiliarity with safety protocols and construction site proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detailProficiency with inspection software and digital documentation toolsFamiliarity with Saudi building codes and regulations (preferred)Experience with CAD or building information modeling (BIM) software (preferred)Background in commercial or infrastructure project inspection (preferred)Ability to work independently and manage multiple inspections efficientlyProfessional communication and interpersonal skills
