Civil Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee construction activities, coordinate site teams, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily civil construction and site activities.Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.Monitor excavation, foundation, reinforcement, formwork, concrete, masonry, and finishing works.Review and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.Ensure all work complies with project quality and safety requirements.Conduct site inspections and identify construction issues.Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.Monitor project schedules and support timely completion.Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures.Support inspections, testing, snagging, and project handover.Qualifications and Requirements:Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Experience supervising workers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary site teams.Familiarity with quality control, inspection procedures, and HSE requirements.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in preparing site reports and maintaining construction records.Relevant safety certifications are an advantage.#CivilSupervisor #ConstructionJobs #CivilEngineering #SiteSupervisor #Hiring #ConstructionManagement
