Civil Supervisor

Civil Supervisor (Brownfield EPC Retrofit Projects) | RLIC, QatarWe are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor for an immediate deployment at Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC), Qatar. The successful candidate must possess strong experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit, modification, and revamp projects within Oil & Gas facilities.

Key Requirements

✅ Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline✅ Minimum 8-10 years of relevant Oil & Gas experience✅ Proven experience in Brownfield EPC retrofit/modification projects within operating plants✅ Experience supervising civil construction activities including:Foundations & Concrete WorksStructural Steel ErectionEquipment FoundationsUnderground Utilities & DrainageBuilding Renovation & Retrofit WorksRoads, Paving & Infrastructure Works✅ Strong understanding of HSE requirements in live operating facilities✅ Ability to coordinate with Construction, Engineering, QA/QC, and Client representatives✅ GCC/Qatar experience will be an added advantage✅ Available for immediate mobilization

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities.Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Coordinate site activities to achieve project schedules and milestones.Manage manpower, subcontractors, and resources effectively.Conduct site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures in operational facilities.📍 Location: RLIC, Qatar🛢 Industry: Oil & Gas EPC⏳ Joining: Immediate
