Civil Technician with Driving License

WE'RE HIRING!Civil Technician (With UAE Driving License)Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEIcon Facility Management Services L.L.C. is looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Technician to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Perform civil maintenance, repair, and renovation works.Carry out masonry, plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, and minor carpentry works.Inspect and identify defects in buildings and facilities.Attend preventive and corrective maintenance works.Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.Prepare basic work reports and coordinate with supervisors.Drive company vehicles to project sites when required.Requirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Civil Technician in the UAE.Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory).Experience in facility management or building maintenance is preferred.Knowledge of gypsum, painting, tiling, block work, waterproofing, and general civil maintenance.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Immediate joiners are preferred.Send your CV to: facilitymanager@iconsuae.com
