Enable WnD commercial growth by equipping sales and account teams with the tools, playbooks, training and pipeline support needed to win and scale Warehousing & Distribution business, working across Product, Solutions Engineering and Sales.ResponsibilitiesBuild WnD playbooks, battle cards and value-proposition content.Design and deliver training for sales and account teams.Support early-stage deal shaping and qualification.Maintain the content library and RFP toolkit.Track pipeline health, conversion and win / loss trends.Close capability or content gaps that limit growth.Coordinate Product, Solutions Engineering and Operations enablement.Support onboarding of new sales hires into the WnD portfolio.Qualifications & CompetenciesStrong WnD / warehousing and distribution knowledgeMore than 5 years of experienceSales enablement, training design and content developmentCross-functional stakeholder management and analytical mindsetFacilitation, communication and program-management skills
