Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $103,450–$186,210/yearAbout the RoleLead Property Claims Express operations and manage claims service employees responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating claims.

The role focuses on team performance, coaching, claims quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, coach and develop claims employees to deliver quality and business results.Review claim files for quality, accuracy and adherence to guidelines.Manage workload volumes, staffing, training and productivity.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and member experience.Monitor claims operations for consistent execution and regulatory compliance.Handle escalated claims and make appropriate policy-based decisions.Support employee development, career progression and performance management.Serve as a subject matter expert on operational projects and organizational change.Identify, monitor and control operational risks in line with compliance requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.6+ years of progressive customer service, operations, military or leadership experience.At least 2 years of claims handling experience with demonstrated proficiency.2+ years of team lead, supervisory or management experience.Experience using data to support operational decisions.Strong leadership, customer service and claims handling skills.Ability to obtain and maintain the required insurance adjuster license within 6 months.Preferred2+ years of property loss estimating using Xactimate and virtual desk adjusting tools.Property Claims contracts experience.Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree or professional claims certification.US military experience or military spouse/domestic partner experience.BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), pension, life insurance, parental and adoption benefits, paid time off and holidays, volunteer hours, wellness programs, career development and continuing education.Visa sponsorship is not available.
