Selection Criteria: 1. Commitment to supporting and promoting the Catholic ethos of the school
2. Strong knowledge of the Science of Reading and Science of Learning, with the capacity to translate research into effective classroom practic.
3. Demonstrated ability to achieve strong student learning outcomes through explicit, evidence-informed teachig.
4. Capacity to develop positive, trusting and respectful relationships with students to support their wellbeng.
5. Commitment to collaborative practice, feedback and continuous improveent.
6. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational sills.
7. Enthusiasm for contributing to the life of the school and building strong partnerships with failies.
Qualifications Reuired:
1. Relevant teaching qualiication.
2. TRBWA regstration.
3. Working With Chilren Check.
4. Formal training or demonstrated experience in evidence-informed practice
