CLASSTIME Academic Support Teacher

About the Role: Novella Education Group Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated CLASSTIME Academic Support Teacher. If you love working with students and helping them reach their full potential, we want to hear from you!  Responsibilities: Supervise the CLASSTIME™ study hall environment.Help students prioritize assignments and manage their academic workload.Support students with homework completion across subject areas.Provide guidance with organization, planning, time management, and study skills.Help students develop effective academic habits and routines.Provide executive-functioning support and accountability.Monitor student attendance, participation, and progress.Track student usage and communicate relevant concerns to the Novella Prep program manager.Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment.Work collaboratively with other CLASSTIME™ teachers.Follow Novella Prep's academic methodology and program expectations.Potential LocationsCLASSTIME™ may operate at the following locations:Randall's Island – ManhattanSyosset – Long IslandLake Isle – WestchesterPort Washington – Long IslandAmagansett – HamptonsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Education; Master's degree preferred.Prior experience in tutoring, academic intervention, or classroom instruction preferredStrong knowledge of K-12 curriculum and differentiated instruction strategiesValid teaching certification or licensure (preferred or required per state guidelines)Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsPatient, empathetic, and student-centered approach to teachingAbility to work collaboratively within a team-oriented educational environmentAbout Us: Novella Education Group Inc is a dedicated educational services organization committed to empowering students through innovative academic support programs.
