Role Overview· Reports to: Product Manager· Function: Cross-departmental· Employment type: Internship, with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business requirements· Location: Lahore, On-site· Compensation: Paid InternshipPurpose of the RoleScribeRunner operates two distinct business lines: a services arm covering virtual medical assistance, insurance verification, revenue cycle management, and clinical and legal documentation, and SAI, an internally developed AI platform for practice management. Both lines involve repetitive, high-volume knowledge work where AI can be applied to improve productivity and reduce manual processes across teams.This role is distinct from SAI product engineering. SAI already maintains a dedicated engineering team building the company's AI product. The AI Implementation & Enablement Intern will support the adoption and effective use of AI tools, particularly Claude, across ScribeRunner's departments, working under the direction of the Product Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain current expertise in AI and Claude capabilities· Stay current with new Claude capabilities and related AI productivity tools· Explore relevant capabilities across Claude Code, Claude in Chrome, Claude in Excel, Claude in PowerPoint, and other emerging AI tools· Evaluate new capabilities against ScribeRunner's existing workflows before recommending adoptionConduct department-level automation assessments· Work with each function, including VMA operations, insurance verification, RCM, clinical documentation, legal documentation, design, and SAI engineering, to identify manual and repetitive processes· Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve efficiency and productivity· Prioritize opportunities based on volume, feasibility, operational impact, and potential time savingsDevelop and maintain an internal library of AI skills and workflows· Build, test, and improve AI-assisted workflows based on departmental requirements· Extend the company's existing library of custom AI workflows and skills in line with evolving departmental needs· Develop practical solutions for both technical and non-technical teams· Document each workflow to a standard that allows continued use independent of the original builderDeliver training across the organization· Assist with onboarding employees on ScribeRunner's approved use of AI tools· Develop and deliver department-specific training sessions· Adapt training content to the technical background and requirements of each audience· Help employees use implemented AI workflows independentlyAlign tools with the appropriate teams· Work with SAI engineering to identify appropriate applications of Claude Code and related AI capabilities within existing development processes· Work with the design function on AI-assisted design and content workflows· Build AI-assisted workflows for non-technical, high-volume administrative and operational functions· Gather feedback from users and continuously improve implemented workflowsMeasure adoption and impact· Maintain a reporting mechanism tracking AI workflow adoption and usage across departments· Track estimated time savings and operational improvements where measurable· Identify workflows that require improvement or do not demonstrate sustained use or measurable benefitSuccess Metrics· A documented and expanding library of AI skills and workflows mapped to specific ScribeRunner functions· Adoption of implemented workflows by relevant departments· Measurable or clearly demonstrated improvements in efficiency and time savings· Independent use of approved AI tools by non-technical staff, including VMA, RCM, and insurance verification teams· Effective collaboration with SAI engineering, design, operations, and administrative teamsRequired Qualifications· Demonstrated ongoing engagement with AI tools and continued learning beyond initial training· Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff· Working technical proficiency, including scripting, no-code/low-code tools, automation, or prompt engineering· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce documentation usable by others· Ability and willingness to work on-site in LahorePreferred Qualifications· Prior experience or exposure to healthcare, legal services, or other process-intensive industries· Experience with an AI-assisted workflow, automation, or similar project· Familiarity with Claude and its capabilities· Familiarity with Jira or comparable project management systems· Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with limited precedent or structureInterview Process· Candidate presentation of a previously built AI-assisted workflow, automation, or project, including implementation challenges and resolutions· A practical exercise using a representative ScribeRunner scenario· Assessment of the candidate's method for tracking ongoing developments in AI capabilities· Assessment of the candidate's ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audienceCareer OpportunitySuccessful completion of the internship may lead to consideration for a full-time employment opportunity based on performance and ScribeRunner's business requirements.
