This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential and commercial settings, including routine cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized services as required. Daily responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and handling waste disposal in accordance with safety and hygiene standards. The Cleaning Specialist will operate cleaning equipment and use appropriate products for different surfaces, while ensuring all assigned areas meet company quality and safety expectations. The role also includes reporting maintenance issues, following schedules set by supervisors, and interacting professionally with clients and team members.Qualifications Experience in commercial cleaning, with the ability to follow standardized procedures in offices and other business facilities.Proficiency in home and house cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning of living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.Skills in window cleaning, ensuring clear, streak-free results for interior and exterior glass surfaces.Ability to clean and maintain carpets using appropriate methods and equipment.Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safe handling practices, and health and safety regulations.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow instructions and work to defined standards.Physical ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights as needed.Good communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude.Previous experience
