The role involves performing daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of floors, windows, carpets, and restrooms, handling cleaning tools and chemicals safely, and following company standards and schedules. The Cleaning Specialist will also report any maintenance issues, adhere to health and safety guidelines, and ensure that client spaces are consistently presented to a high standard. Punctuality, reliability, and a professional attitude are essential to success in this role.QualificationsStrong skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, with the ability to maintain high standards of hygiene in residential spaces.Experience in Commercial Cleaning, including offices and other business premises.Proficiency in Window Cleaning, ensuring clear, streak-free glass surfaces.Ability to clean and maintain Carpeted areas using appropriate tools and methods.Basic knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.Physical ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate weights.Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.Prior experience in professional cleaning services is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong motivation will be considered.Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages like Hindi/ Tagalog are an advantage.
