Job DescriptionCleaning Supervisor - UNHWI Villa, DubaiPosition TitleCleaning SupervisorReporting ToVilla Manager / Estate ManagerRole SummaryThe Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and cleaning operations across the UNHWI Villa, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest readiness at all times.The role manages daily cleaning activities, supervises housekeeping staff and external cleaning vendors, conducts quality inspections, maintains cleaning schedules, and ensures luxury hospitality standards are consistently achieved throughout the property.The successful candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a team while maintaining a premium residential environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHousekeeping OperationsSupervise all daily cleaning activities within the villa, guest areas, staff areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities.Ensure all rooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces are maintained to luxury hospitality standards.Conduct daily inspections and quality checks of completed work.Develop and manage cleaning schedules, deep-cleaning plans, and seasonal maintenance programs.Ensure readiness of all guest rooms and suites before resident or guest arrival.Team LeadershipSupervise housekeepers, cleaners, and support staff.Allocate daily work assignments and monitor productivity.Train team members on cleaning techniques, etiquette, safety procedures, and service standards.Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching where required.Manage attendance, leave planning, and shift scheduling.Inventory & Supplies ManagementMonitor stock levels of cleaning materials, chemicals, consumables, linen, and housekeeping supplies.Coordinate purchases and replenishment requests.Ensure proper storage and usage of cleaning products and equipment.Maintain inventory records and minimize wastage.Quality & Hygiene ManagementEnsure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and health and safety standards.Implement best practices for cleaning luxury surfaces, furniture, artwork, marble, wood finishes, and delicate materials.Conduct regular audits of cleanliness and housekeeping standards.Address deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions.Vendor & Contractor CoordinationSupervise external cleaning contractors, pest control vendors, and specialist service providers.Verify quality of work delivered by third-party vendors.Coordinate deep-cleaning and specialized cleaning activities.Guest & Resident SupportRespond promptly to resident requests and service requirements.Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding villa residents and guests.Ensure a professional, courteous, and service-oriented environment at all times.Reporting & AdministrationPrepare housekeeping reports and inspection checklists.Track maintenance issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for resolution.Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, inventory, and staff performance.Candidate ProfileExperience5-10 years of housekeeping or cleaning operations experience.Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cleaning Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or similar leadership role.Experience in luxury villas, private residences, 5-star hotels, resorts, palaces, or premium residential properties preferred.EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Hospitality, Housekeeping, or Hotel Management certification preferred.Skills & CapabilitiesStrong knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene practices, and housekeeping operations.Experience supervising multicultural teams.Excellent attention to detail and quality control.Ability to plan schedules and manage multiple priorities.Inventory and housekeeping supplies management experience.Good communication skills in English.Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, reporting tools).Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in:Luxury hotels and resortsPrivate villas and estatesVIP residencesExecutive guest housesPremium residential communitieswill be highly preferred.Behavioural CompetenciesService-orientedProfessional and discreetOrganized and disciplinedAttention to detailProactive and dependableTeam playerHigh integrity and confidentialitySuccess MeasuresSuccess in this role will be measured by:Consistently high cleanliness standards across the villa.Positive feedback from residents and guests.Effective supervision of housekeeping staff.Well-maintained inventories and supplies.Compliance with hygiene and safety standards.Timely completion of cleaning schedules and special requests.Preferred Industry BackgroundLuxury Hospitality | Private Villas | 5-Star Hotels | Premium Residential Estates | Property Management | Facilities Management.
