Current Top Secret/SCI clearance is required. This role will work onsite at the client based in Northern Virginia for 3-4 days per week and can be remote on remaining days.As an IC Human Capital Consultant, you will provide 3-4 days of on-site support to one of FMP's largest clients in the intelligence community and have the unique opportunity to:Apply and enhance your strong technical and/or project management expertise across a broad range of strategic human capital, industrial-organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, learning solutions, and other exciting projectsWork hand-in-hand with our clients to tailor and implement innovative solutions that address each client's particular needs -- no two clients or projects are alikeDevelop or direct the development of a wide variety of deliverables (e.g. reports, tools, strategic approaches, briefings, or data analyses)Be part of a high performance culture that values client service, freedom, and collaborationRapidly grow in a constantly evolving and entrepreneurial environmentMinimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology and 1-2 years of relevant work experienceTS/SCI Security Clearance Effective communication (oral and written)Attention to detailAbility to develop positive, professional relationshipsReport writing and document preparation experieneProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Problem solving; analysis; critical thinkingPreferred Qualifications: Knowledge of federal government human capital and/or management practicesPeople and/or project management skillsTraining development and delivery experienceRelated professional certificationDoctorate degree in a field of study relating to data analysis or business, industrial organizational psychology, or human resourcesSalary Range: $90,000-115,000 commensurate with experience
