Expertise And FunctionsProvide comprehensive administrative support to PK leadership and contracting teamsManage daily taskers, suspense actions, action items, and organizational deliverablesMaintain PK official records, contract closeout files, trackers, and documentation repositoriesOversee personnel in‑/out‑processing and maintain office documentation, calendars, and schedulingCoordinate meetings, conferences, virtual sessions, and prepare agendas, minutes, and briefing materialsManage KTFileShare, SharePoint, Teams resources, permission access, and inspection readinessSupport workflow management, office operations, and process improvement initiativesPrepare official correspondence, reports, and leadership documentationDisseminate program guidance, maintain leadership awareness of priorities, and respond to routine inquiriesAssist with DTS travel coordination and serve as VRO/TCO telephone focal pointValidate recurring reports and support ESGK training events and office activitiesOther duties as assignedRequirementsEducation/Training: Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience: 12+ years of general experience 5+ years working in the DoD sector

Technical Skills
