Client Account Manager

Our client, an established Art Logistics company are looking for a Client Account Manager to join their growing team based in London.Responsibilities:Manage incoming inquiries and quote requests for the business.Effectively communicate with clients through phone and email.Create and present quotes to clients using predefined templates.Generate and present invoices for a dynamic department using standardized invoice formats.Maintain a comprehensive log of quotes.Conduct follow-up calls to clients to discuss quotes.Possess knowledge of import and export regulations and associated paperwork.Demonstrate understanding of international logistics, particularly in white glove logistics or the international removal business.Requirements: This position requires a dedicated individual with a keen eye for detail.Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner are imperative.As a valuable member of the client management team, this role is integral and requires close collaboration with colleagues.
