Our identity is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, personal relationships and a deeply rooted commitment to exceptional service.As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced Client Advisors to join our team and represent the values, standards and character of Sarky Jewelry.We are seeking polished, motivated individuals with a strong background in high-end luxury retail, a natural ability to connect with clients, and a genuine passion for fine jewelry and exceptional client experiences.Key Responsibilities* Deliver a highly personalized and professional client experience* Build and nurture long-term client relationships through effective clienteling* Present fine gold and diamond jewelry with confidence and strong product knowledge* Understand clients’ needs and provide thoughtful, tailored recommendations* Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs* Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and brand image* Support after-sales service and ensure a seamless client journeyRequirements* Previous experience in high-end luxury retail is required* Experience in fine jewelry, watches or luxury fashion is highly preferred* Strong communication, interpersonal and clienteling skills* Polished, professional and well-groomed presentation* Commercially driven with a strong understanding of luxury service* Proactive, reliable and eager to develop* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage* Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu DhabiWhat We Offer* Attractive salary and commission structure* Professional training and development* Supportive and performance-driven working environment* Career development within a growing fine jewelry house* The opportunity to become part of a brand with a heritage dating back to 1955Please note: Only candidates with relevant high-end luxury retail experience will be considered for this position.
