Founder-led, the firm bridges engineering, deployment, and board-level conviction through GTM strategy, narrative design, executive communications, and adoption design for our clients' enterprise buyers. We are looking for someone to help us extend that standard to every person who encounters Modern Enterprise (ME). The Client & Community Concierge is the steward of that experience. You will know our clients and guests as individuals. You'll anticipate what they need, make thoughtful introductions, prepare carefully for conversations, and notice the details that make an interaction feel effortless. You'll use your judgment and take accountability for every experience, ensuring we consistently exceed client expectations. Some of the work will be visible: correspondence, scheduling, invitations, events, and partner coordination. Much of the most important work won't be. It will be the small things you notice, remember, and manage with discretion. You can think of this as an enterprise hospitality role with administrative responsibilities.WHAT YOU'LL DOYou'll help create and maintain the relationships that make ME what it is.Know the people.
