Job title: Client Delivery Lead Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the opportunityHanson Search is partnering with a new research-based, strategy-led marketing consultancy launched in Riyadh with strong group backing. The business will work through a core team and an extended network of specialist partners and freelancers, serving Saudi and international brands.The roleA founding operations role for someone who makes great work happen behind the scenes. You will build and run how the agency delivers: workflows, resourcing, budgets and the partner and freelancer network, so every client project is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.Key responsibilitiesOperating model and workflows: design, implement and manage the end-to-end process from scoping through resourcing, delivery, quality assurance and project closure, across internal and external teams.Integrated technology and systems: lead the selection, implementation and adoption of the agency's technology stack, connecting CRM, project and resource management, finance and reporting.Build, borrow, buy decisions: decide with the leadership team what to keep in-house, access flexibly or procure.Partner and freelancer ecosystem: build and manage a network of specialist agencies, production partners and freelancers, including standards, rates and performance reviews.Resource and capacity management: maintain a single view of demand, skills and capacity, and assemble fit-for-purpose project teams.End-to-end delivery: own portfolio-level delivery, managing milestones, risks, scope changes and quality across all teams.Operational intelligence: build dashboards for delivery, capacity and budget variance, and apply automation and AI to reduce friction and improve delivery.What we are looking forSignificant operations, integrated delivery or programme management experience in a marketing, creative, digital or comparable professional-services business.A zero-to-one builder: has established an operating model, workflows and management systems from scratch or through a major transformation.Technology and AI fluency: has selected and implemented connected business systems and applied practical automation and AI. Software engineering expertise is not required.Ecosystem orchestration: Proven ability to build and manage agency, specialist and freelancer networks.
