Client Engagement Specialist – Corporate & Commercial FinanceDubai, United Arab Emirates (on-site) | Full-timeThe RoleAs a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our corporate and commercial clients from first conversation to facility disbursement. You will use your banking experience to understand each client's financing needs, structure the right solution, and work with lenders to deliver it.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and approach corporate and commercial clients through networking, referrals, LinkedIn and direct outreachBuild long-term, trusted relationships with business owners, CFOs and finance teamsUnderstand each client's business model, cash flow and funding requirementsFind opportunities to offer additional services to existing clientsCredit Assessment & Deal StructuringReview financial statements, bank statements, AECB reports and business plans to assess creditworthinessStructure suitable financing, including term loans, working capital lines, trade finance, invoice discounting and asset-backed lendingPrepare credit proposals and client presentations for lendersClient Onboarding & DocumentationCollect and review KYC and financial documents, including trade licence, audited financials, VAT and corporate tax filings, and bank statementsMake sure client files are complete, accurate and lender-readyFollow KYC, AML and internal compliance proceduresPipeline & ReportingKeep accurate pipeline records and client notes in the CRMPrepare weekly reports on leads, approvals, disbursements and revenueShare market and lender insights with managementRequirements3–5+ years of experience in UAE banking, preferably in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME Banking or Business BankingStrong understanding of credit analysis, financial statements and corporate lending productsAn established network of business clients and banking contacts in the UAEGood knowledge of UAE lending practices, credit policies and documentation requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven and comfortable managing multiple clients at onceBachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business or a related fieldFluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantageValid UAE driving licence preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary plus attractive performance-based incentivesThe chance to work on diverse, high-value financing transactionsExposure to a wide network of banks and lenders across the GCCA fast-growing, entrepreneurial and supportive team environmentClear career growth as the firm expands across the regionHow to ApplySend your CV to jobs@graystonefs.com with the subject line:"Client Engagement Specialist – [Your Name]"You can also apply directly through LinkedIn.Graystone Capital is an equal opportunity employer.
