Client Engineering AssociateAbout the roleOur Client Engineering team helps the business decide where to focus and how to grow our most important client relationships. As a Client Engineering Associate, you'll support the analysis behind those decisions, support planning for key accounts, and work on projects across the business. You'll work closely with the Head of Client Engineering and get early exposure to senior stakeholders and clients. What you'll doAnalyze client and commercial data to find trends, opportunities and risksDevelop client-specific insights and analysis that help us advise clients on their hiring and talent plansBuild reports, dashboards and models that help leaders make decisionsSupport account teams as they plan how to grow key relationshipsContribute to internal strategy projects, from analysis through to executionPrepare the analysis and presentations for client business reviews, and join those meetings What you'll bring0 to 2 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy or analytics, or a strong degree in a quantitative or business subjectStrong data and Excel skills, including working with large datasetsThe ability to build a presentation that tells a clear story and lands a recommendationConfidence working with senior stakeholders and asking good questionsComfort with ambiguity and curiosity about how a business works as a whole
