Client Experience and Wardrobe StylistAbout OpenClosetOpenCloset is a professional wardrobe management company, helping clients take control of, maximise and manage their wardrobes through a combination of wardrobe management, digitalisation, storage, styling and lifestyle services. We work with clients in their homes to detox, organise and optimise their wardrobes before digitally cataloguing their pieces onto a personalised wardrobe dashboard. Clients can access their entire wardrobe from their phone, organise pieces into categories such as Work, Travel, Leisure and Evening, and identify items for donation, resale, alteration, dry cleaning and storage.Our service is designed to make getting dressed easier, reduce wardrobe overwhelm and help clients make better use of what they already own while providing a seamless, highly personalised luxury experience.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced, polished and highly organised Client Experience and Styling Assistant to work closely with our Client Experience Business Lead. This is a client-facing fashion and wardrobe management role, suited to someone who understands both the fashion industry and the expectations of Dubai's luxury clientele.The successful candidate will be confident entering a client's home, working directly with their wardrobe, understanding their lifestyle and personal style, and helping deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.You will become an important part of the client journey from the initial wardrobe consultation and detox through to styling, digital wardrobe creation, resale, donation, storage and ongoing wardrobe management. This is a role for someone who is fashion obsessed, commercially minded, exceptionally organised and naturally good with people.Key Responsibilities1. Client ExperienceSupport the Client Experience Business Lead throughout the client journey.Build strong, professional relationships with clients and understand their individual needs, lifestyle and wardrobe habits.Attend client homes and represent OpenCloset to an exceptionally high standard.Communicate confidently and professionally with high-net-worth and luxury clientele.Anticipate client needs and ensure every touchpoint feels seamless and personalised.Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality when working inside clients' homes and with their personal belongings.2. Wardrobe ManagementAssist with professional wardrobe detoxes and editing sessions.Help clients assess what they own and identify pieces to: Keep - Donate - Resell - Alter - Dry clean - StoreAssist with wardrobe organisation and optimisation.Understand how to create practical wardrobe systems around a client's lifestyle.Identify gaps, duplication and opportunities within a client's existing wardrobe.Help clients maximise the potential of the pieces they already own.3. StylingAssist with personal styling and outfit creation.Understand different lifestyles, dress codes, occasions and personal aesthetics.Help create outfits for work, travel, leisure, evening events and special occasions.Assist in identifying wardrobe gaps and opportunities for strategic purchases.Support the creation of personalised digital lookbooks featuring products that could genuinely enhance a client's existing wardrobe.Have a strong understanding of contemporary fashion, luxury brands, emerging designers and the Dubai retail landscape.4. Digital WardrobeAssist in photographing and digitally cataloguing clients' wardrobes.Ensure clothing and accessories are photographed consistently and accurately.Upload and organise wardrobe items within the client's digital dashboard.Categorise pieces according to the client's lifestyle and requirements.Ensure the client's digital wardrobe is accurate, polished and easy to navigate.Help clients understand how to use their digital wardrobe and maximise its benefits.5. Resale, Donation & Wardrobe ServicesAssist with the identification and processing of items selected for resale or donation.Coordinate with the relevant OpenCloset teams and external partners.Assist with alterations and dry-cleaning requirements.Help coordinate items moving between the client's home, storage and service providers.Maintain accurate records of items throughout the process.6. Client Administration & Business SupportAssist with client scheduling, appointments and follow-ups.Prepare for upcoming client appointments.Maintain accurate client records and wardrobe information.Follow up with clients after appointments where required.Assist with client communications and recommendations.Support the Client Experience Business Lead with day-to-day client management and business development activities.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who has substantial experience within fashion, luxury retail, styling, personal shopping, wardrobe management, concierge or another highly client-facing luxury environment.You should have:Significant experience within the fashion industry.Several years of direct client-facing experience.A sophisticated understanding of luxury clientele and service.A strong understanding of fashion, brands, styling and current trends.Experience working with affluent or high-net-worth clients.A minimum of 2 years living and working in Dubai.An excellent understanding of Dubai's luxury consumer and lifestyle landscape.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.A naturally warm, confident and personable manner.Impeccable presentation.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.The ability to work independently and take initiative.The ability to manage multiple clients, appointments and priorities.Excellent digital and administrative skills.The ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion.Dubai Experience is EssentialThe successful candidate must understand that Dubai's luxury client is unique. You should understand the city's international, multicultural and highly sophisticated clientele, including the expectations around privacy, discretion, convenience, personal service and attention to detail.
