About UsWe are a well-established premium pet care facility in Dubai, providing a range of high-quality servicesfor Pets including Daycare, Boarding, Grooming, Hydrotherapy, and specialized Pet care services.Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, caring, and enjoyable environment for Dogs and Cats whiledelivering exceptional service and support to Pet owners.Position OverviewWe are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Client Experience Executive tobecome the face of our facility and the first point of contact for our clients and their Pets.Responsibilities• Welcome clients and build strong relationships with Pet owners• Manage bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and daily Front Office operations• Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate Pet owner's instructions with theoperational team• Handle client communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email• Manage invoices, payments, memberships, and daily attendance records• Coordinate client updates, photos, videos, and follow-ups regarding boarding, grooming, daycare,and hydrotherapy• Maintain communication between Front Office and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth dailyoperations• Handle complaints professionally and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception areaIdeal Candidate• A genuine passion for Dogs, Cats, and animal welfare is essential• Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, Front Office, administration, or similar role• Experience in the pet industry is preferred• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Excellent English communication skills• Organized, responsible, and able to multitask• Positive attitude, smiling personality, and team-oriented mindsetSalary & Benefits• Basic Salary(4500 AED - 6500 AED) + Commission• Medical Insurance• Company Benefits• Career growth opportunities within the companyJoin Our TeamIf you are passionate about Pets and would like to grow in a positive and professional environment,we’d love to hear from you
