Client Experience Team Leader- Business Setup

We are looking for a Client Experience Team Lead with strong experience in the business setup, company formation, free zone, or corporate services industry.This role is responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience while driving efficient, high-quality service delivery and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end client experience and service delivery journey.Manage and monitor team performance, KPIs, SLAs, quality, and turnaround times.Handle and resolve complex client and operational escalations.Identify client pain points and drive improvements in service quality and processes.Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, and service delivery standards.Analyse client feedback and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Qualifications5–8 years' experience in business setup, company formation, free zone, corporate services, or a related industry.2–3 years' experience in a leadership/supervisory role.Strong background in either Operations/Service Delivery with excellent client experience capability OR Client Experience with strong operational exposure.Strong understanding of business setup processes, free zone models, and the client journey.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.Experience with CRM/ERP/Zoho or similar platforms is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field.If you are passionate about creating exceptional client experiences while driving operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
