Beautini is an industry leader in the wedding industry and is a company that was founded by women, for women.Role DescriptionThis is an on-site role at our NYC office for a Client Management Internship. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent interpersonal skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and stay organized will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) in our office in Flatiron, NYC. We estimate this role will require about 15 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesBe in-office (Beautini's HQ) for hair and makeup trialsSource hair and makeup stylists and run the audition process (be present for auditions, take photos, give feedback, etc.)Organize and input information into Google SpreadsheetsCommunicate with clients and stylists as neededAssist Beia team with social media, order fulfillment, and running errandsQualificationsCurrently enrolled in college and eligible to receive school creditStrong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask PunctualProficient in Google Workspace, InstagramHighly organized and detail-orientedCreative and resourceful with strong communication skillsPassion for beauty, wellness, and startup cultureMust be able to travel to the Beautini office located at 267 5th Ave, B102, New York, NY 10016
