Our clients are food, beverage, hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer brands, including some you already know.The roleOnce a client says yes, you take it from there. You'll own each order from the moment it's placed until it's delivered. You'll keep clients updated, keep production on schedule, and make sure nothing slips. For our clients, you're the reason working with Mello feels easy.What you'll doTake over orders as soon as they're placed in our order system (Printavo)Be the client's main contact after the sale: status updates, questions, approvals, and delivery timingWork with our Production Manager, Order Operations, and Production Coordinator to keep orders on trackSubmit Bespoke orders to our partner factories and follow up through production and shippingSpot delays or issues early, solve them, and tell the client before they have to askKeep order records, timelines, and notes accurate in our systemsMake sure every order is correct, on time, and matches what the client approvedShare client feedback with Sales and Production so we keep getting betterWhat we're looking for2+ years in order management, account coordination, production coordination, or client servicesExperience in apparel, custom merchandise, printing, manufacturing, or an agency is a big plusVery organized. You can track dozens of orders at once without losing one.Clear, warm, professional communicator, especially when the news isn't greatProactive. You follow up before being asked.Comfortable with order systems, spreadsheets, and project tools (Printavo and Monday.com are a plus)Calm under deadline pressure, especially during busy seasonPay$56,000-$72,800 / $27-$35 per hour Why MelloWork with brands you know on products people are excited to receiveSee orders get made down the hall in our Austin facilityA growing team with room to build how we run operations
