Location: SingaporeExperience: 10+ YearsIndustry: Banking & Financial ServicesFocus: Global Markets | Capital Markets | Technology Services | Professional ServicesAbout the RolePERSOL Technology Services is looking for an experienced Client Partner to manage and grow a strategic banking account, with a strong focus on Global Markets and Capital Markets technology.The role combines strategic client relationship management, technology delivery oversight, business development and revenue growth, working closely with senior banking stakeholders and internal delivery teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage strategic banking client relationships, driving account growth and long-term partnerships.Oversee technology consulting, professional services and managed services engagements.Drive business development, revenue growth, gross profit and new project opportunities.Manage delivery governance, project performance, resource planning and client escalations.Lead commercial engagements, proposals, SOWs, contract renewals and account expansion.Identify technology transformation opportunities across Global Markets, Treasury and broader banking functions.Key Requirements12+ years of experience in banking technology, IT consulting or professional services.Strong understanding of Global Markets, Capital Markets and Treasury technology.Knowledge of trading and banking platforms such as Murex, Calypso/Adenza, SmartStream, Finastra and related ecosystems.Experience managing technology delivery engagements and senior banking stakeholders.Proven ability to drive account growth, revenue, profitability and client satisfaction.Understanding of application modernisation, cloud, microservices, data engineering and AI-driven transformation.Strong commercial, stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.We are looking for someone who can combine banking technology domain expertise with strong client engagement, delivery ownership and business growth.PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd
