Position: Client Partner

Location: RemoteDuration: Full TimeJob Summary:Client is seeking an experienced Client Partner/Account Manager with deep expertise in EdTechand Digital Learning.

You will manage key US client relationships, lead globally distributed teams,and deliver value through AI-native solutions, digital content services, and modern learningplatforms.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Education Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).Experience: 10+ years in account management, client partnerships, or business development within EdTech/Higher Education/Digital Publishing.Leadership: Proven success leading large, globally distributed teams and managing complex delivery architectures.Commercial Scale: Direct P&L ownership of $5–6M with consistent revenue growth and profitability.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of EdTech challenges, AI-native personalization, and compliance standards (FERPA, COPPA, WCAG).Technical Acumen: Familiarity with analytics, cloud ecosystems, and AI-driven solutioning.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence with fluency in the US enterprise/institutional market.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
