The team is driven by innovation, data-informed decision making, and building fair, efficient hiring experiences for companies and candidates alike.Role Description The Client Relations Intern will support the client success and operations teams in managing relationships with new and existing clients. This internship role is On-site, based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for working from home. Day-to-day activities include assisting with client onboarding, documenting requirements, preparing meeting notes and follow-up communications, and helping monitor platform usage and client feedback. The intern will coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries, update tracking sheets and CRM data, and contribute to presentations and reports for client review. This role offers exposure to AI-driven HR technology, client-facing communication, and the basics of account management.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.Organizational and time-management skills, including maintaining accurate records, handling multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines.Basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, and online collaboration platforms).Analytical mindset with attention to detail, comfortable working with data and feedback to identify trends and issues.Interest in HR technology, AI, or SaaS platforms, and willingness to learn about recruitment and client success workflows.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from Mumbai, demonstrating reliability and self-motivation.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, HR, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
