Client Relationship Coordinator (POC)

We are looking for a highly organized and culturally-aware Client Relationship Coordinator to be the primary Point of Contact (POC) between our internal creative team and our clients in KSA.If you understand the pulse of the Saudi market and can bridge the gap between creative execution and client vision, we want to hear from you.Role Overview:You will be the face of our projects — ensuring seamless communication, managing project timelines, and making sure our branding and social content aligns perfectly with local cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated POC for clients, managing daily communication, feedback, and project updates.- Oversee the lifecycle of social media and branding projects to ensure on-time delivery.- Translate client requirements and feedback into clear, actionable briefs for our design & content teams.- Review creative deliverables (branding assets, content calendars, grids) to ensure quality and cultural relevance for the Saudi market.- Schedule, lead, and document client onboarding, status updates, and review meetings.What We're Looking For:Nationality: Saudi Nationals Only with deep understanding of local market trends, cultural values & consumer behavior.
