About the RoleWe are looking for a Client Relationship Executive to manage and build strong relationships with clients and agencies throughout the developer project sales lifecycle, from booking through handover and final settlement.The role will be responsible for handling client inquiries, service requests, documentation, payment and account guidance, complaints, and post-sale coordination while ensuring all requests are handled professionally, accurately, and within the required timelines.Developer experience is mandatory for this role. Candidates must have previous experience working with real estate developers, particularly in client relations, customer service, post-sales, or a similar capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and agencies throughout the property sales lifecycle.Manage client inquiries and service requests related to:Booking, units, and project informationContracts, SPAs, and documentationPayment schedules and account informationPayment plans and due-date requestsOwnership, contact, and purchaser changesNOCs, letters, and certificatesRefund, cancellation, and transfer requestsHandover and post-sale coordinationComplaints and escalationsClient portal and CRM supportProvide accurate information and guidance regarding processes, required documents, responsibilities, and timelines.Receive, record, classify, and validate client requests and supporting documents in the CRM.Coordinate with internal teams to obtain information, complete actions, and progress approvals.Monitor open requests, pending documents, approvals, and service-level deadlines through to closure.Communicate approved outcomes, next steps, and client obligations clearly and professionally.Maintain strong relationships with clients and agencies while managing expectations effectively.Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Legal, Technical, Handover, and other relevant departments.Maintain accurate and complete client, case, document, approval, and communication records in the CRM.Handle complaints professionally, coordinate corrective actions, and keep clients updated throughout the resolution process.Escalate delayed, disputed, sensitive, legal, contractual, financial, or high-risk matters when required.Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes, communication, and client experience.Ensure all activities are carried out in line with company policies, SOPs, data protection requirements, and approval procedures.RequirementsMandatory: Previous experience working with a real estate developer.Proven experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Post-Sales, or a similar role within the real estate developer sector.Strong knowledge of the property sales lifecycle, from booking through handover and final settlement.Good understanding of real estate documentation, SPAs, payments, NOCs, handover, and post-sale processes.Strong communication and relationship-management skills.Excellent follow-up and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate CRM records.Ability to handle complaints, sensitive matters, and escalations professionally.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.Developer experience is mandatory. Candidates without previous real estate developer experience will not be considered.
