Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role Description The Directeur is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Sukkur District, responsible for overseeing overall strategy, operations, and program delivery. Day-to-day tasks include managing teams, guiding project implementation, and ensuring that organizational objectives and targets are met. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, partners, and community stakeholders, monitoring budgets and resources, and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and donors. The Directeur will establish and refine policies and procedures, support staff development, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. The role also requires active participation in planning meetings, field visits, and representation of SRSO at external forums.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and management abilities, including team supervision, decision-making, and conflict resolution.Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with experience in setting goals, managing projects, and tracking performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with staff, partners, and community stakeholders.Proficiency in basic office software and tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.Experience in community development, social sector management, or related fields in a regional or district-level context.Ability to work on-site in Sukkur District and conduct regular field visits as required.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline.Proven ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment and uphold non-discriminatory practices.
