Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for a CRM Elite Manager to lead the highest-value client segment and deliver a personalized, concierge-level experience to UHNW and VIP clients. This role is responsible for building deep emotional loyalty, anticipating client needs, and ensuring their journey is seamless, proactive, and exceptional.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main point of contact for Elite clients with refined, high-touch communication.Build long-term, trust-based relationships and maintain detailed client profiles.Curate personalized hospitality experiences, gifts, and milestone engagements.Coordinate with internal teams to fast-track Elite cases and ensure priority resolution.Provide proactive updates across the client lifecycleDevelop personalized communication strategies and relationship reports.Drive loyalty, retention, portfolio growth, and organic referrals.Uphold luxury brand standards and maintain strict confidentiality.Requirements7–10 years’ experience in luxury CRM, private client relations, concierge, or UHNW portfolio management.Strong emotional intelligence, communication skills, and cultural awareness.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.Fluent in English; Arabic or another language is an advantage.Presentable, discreet, and comfortable working with UHNW individuals.
