CLIENT REPRESENTATIVE – NEW PROJECTS

Location: Dubai, UAEWe are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Client Representative – New Projects | Arabic Speaker to represent the Chairman/Owner’s interests across new commercial and residential development projects in the UAE.The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external project stakeholders, providing high-level oversight throughout the full project lifecycle — from commencement and execution through completion and final handover.This is a senior-level position requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, sound professional judgment, and the ability to safeguard the Owner’s interests across cost, risk, quality, compliance, and project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwner Representation & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the first-level point of contact between the Chairman and all external stakeholders involved in new development projects.
• Represent and safeguard the Owner’s interests throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective coordination and accountability among all concerned parties.Project Oversight & Execution
• Monitor project cost, risks, quality, progress, and delivery schedules from commencement through completion and handover.
• Ensure projects are executed in strict accordance with approved designs and specifications, agreed timelines, and all applicable regulatory requirements.Risk Management, Cost Control & Variations
• Ensure all project variations are properly reviewed and evaluated before obtaining the Owner’s approval and sign-off.
• Monitor and manage associated costs and ensure appropriate mitigation strategies are developed and implemented to address all foreseeable risks associated with project execution.Approvals & Compliance
• Coordinate and follow up with Consultants and the PRO to expedite regulatory approvals and utility connections.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Handover & Post-Project Delivery
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and snagging activities through final project handover.
• Ensure all required documentation, including warranties, as-built drawings, and related handover records, is complete and properly handed over to the Building Operations Team.Candidate Profile
• Language: Arabic and English
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 15+ years of experience handling mid- and large-scale commercial and residential development projects in the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project scheduling tools, CRM platforms, and document control & tracking systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute-resolution skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
