Client Services Account Manager

Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: AED 17,000pm + benefits + bonusRole OverviewWe are seeking a relationship-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and grow key relationships across Loyalty, Gift Cards, and Payments throughout the MENA region.

This role is responsible for building long-term partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving client satisfaction.Client Relationship ManagementAct as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, priorities, and business needs.Account Management & Service DeliveryEnsure successful delivery of services and agreed client commitments.Monitor account health and client satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Experience.Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams.Facilitate effective communication across all stakeholders.Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack key account performance indicators and service metrics.Prepare client reports, presentations, and business reviews.Analyze client feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, Customer Experience, or similar client-facing roles.
