Apply & track with Apply EdgeClient Services Coordinator – Contemporary ArtCentral London | £32,000–£42,000 DOE + benefits | Full-time, office-basedAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established international contemporary art business in the heart of Central London.Sitting at the centre of the commercial operation, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with a team of Art Consultants, helping to progress client opportunities while coordinating with colleagues across logistics, finance, creative and operations.This is much more than traditional administration. You’ll develop a strong understanding of the commercial side of the art world, working with international clients and helping ensure every detail of a transaction is handled accurately and efficiently.What you’ll be doingSupporting Art Consultants throughout the client and sales journeyKeeping track of live transactions, artwork availability and reservationsCoordinating information across Sales, Finance, Logistics and CreativeHelping prepare client presentations and artwork proposalsSupporting invoicing, payments and essential client documentationCoordinating information around international shipping, duties and deliverySpotting potential delays and proactively keeping transactions movingMaintaining accurate records and helping improve internal processesIdentifying opportunities to provide an exceptional client experience and support commercial activityWhat we’re looking forYou’ll be highly organised, personable and commercially aware, with the confidence to communicate with different teams and respond quickly when priorities change.Experience within an auction house, gallery or wider art market would be particularly valuable, although we’re also interested in people from luxury or high-end client environments who have a genuine interest in art or are educated in the art world.You’ll ideally bring:Around 2-3+ years’ experience in coordination, client services or a similar roleExcellent attention to detail and numerical accuracyStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, collaborative approachConfidence managing multiple prioritiesA genuine desire to build a long-term careerYou’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit and supportive team, with plenty of people around to learn from.
