Our services include merchandising, retail audits, market intelligence, in-store activations, promotional staffing, and retail execution solutions that help brands improve visibility, availability, and sales performance.Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, coordinate service delivery, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The role serves as a key link between clients and internal departments, ensuring that client requirements are effectively communicated and executed.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.Monitor service performance and follow up on client feedback.Track and resolve client concerns and operational issues.Conduct regular client meetings and follow-up communications.Ensure all client commitments and service level agreements are achieved.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and action plans.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Customer Success.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.Strong presentation and reporting skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.Preferred ExperienceFMCG, merchandising, retail operations, or field marketing industry experience.Experience working with corporate clients and service-based organizations.
