Additional offerings range from crisis management and onsite counselling to comprehensive wellness programs covering diet and nutrition, work-life services, legal and financial counselling, DEI and LGBTQ+ support, substance cessation, and POSH services.Role Description The Client Services Intern will support the delivery of high-quality services to corporate clients and their employees, working closely with the client services and operations teams. This contract role is on-site and based in Pune City, requiring regular coordination with internal stakeholders and client representatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, assisting in onboarding new clients, tracking service utilisation, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. The intern will help maintain accurate documentation, prepare basic reports or summaries, and contribute to improving client experience and customer satisfaction.
