Business Implementation Manager (Client Onboarding)Location: Dublin (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Implementation Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new clients, with a particular focus on migration planning, execution, testing, and successful transition into business-as-usual operations.Working closely with internal stakeholders and external clients, you will play a key role in delivering complex onboarding projects while ensuring a high standard of client service, operational control, and project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic fund services environment with exposure across the full investment operations lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary relationship manager between sales, business development, operations, and external clients throughout the onboarding process.Lead end-to-end client implementation projects, taking ownership of migration planning and execution.Coordinate complex client migrations, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and implementation plans.Manage and oversee testing activities, including:Dry runsParallel runsData validation and reconciliationsDevelop and maintain detailed migration runbooks and implementation documentation.Ensure all onboarding activities are completed accurately and in line with governance, risk, and quality standards.Support the successful transition of newly onboarded clients into operational teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout implementation.Monitor onboarding performance metrics and ensure service delivery expectations are achieved.Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, client experience, and operational efficiency.Act as an escalation point for implementation and migration-related issues.Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic change projects across the business.Participate in additional business projects as required.Experience Required8–10+ years' experience within fund services, asset servicing, or fund administration.Minimum 5 years' experience operating at Manager level.Strong experience delivering client onboarding, implementation, or migration projects.Proven experience managing full migration lifecycles, from planning through post-implementation stabilisation.Hands-on experience managing testing programmes, including dry runs, parallel runs, and reconciliations.Strong operational knowledge across fund services, ideally including:Fund AccountingTransfer Agency / Investor ServicesCustodyExperience acting as a senior client-facing contact during implementations or operational change programmes.Previous experience within a global fund administration, custody, or asset servicing environment.Knowledge of fund administration platforms such as Geneva, MultiFonds, NTAS, or similar systems is advantageous.Strong understanding of the end-to-end fund servicing model, including interactions between Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody, and Depositary functions.Good understanding of operational data flows between administrators, custodians, and third-party providers.Skills & QualificationsThird-level qualification or relevant professional certification.Strong project management and implementation delivery experience.Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.High attention to detail with a focus on governance, risk, and quality.Proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong Microsoft Office skills.What's on OfferOpportunity to join a leading international financial services organisation.Exposure to complex client onboarding and migration programmes.Collaborative and dynamic working environment.Hybrid working model based in Dublin.Excellent opportunity to develop expertise across the full fund services lifecycle.
