Apply & track with Apply EdgeClient Services Manager | Asset Management | DIFC, DubaiIntegral Recruitment is supporting a DFSA-regulated investment management and advisory firm in the DIFC with the appointment of an experienced Client Services Manager.This is a specialist asset management Client Services role with responsibility for the day-to-day servicing and administration of the firm’s existing clients and investors across both managed investment funds and OCIO mandates.The successful candidate will act as a central coordination point between clients and the Investment, Operations, Compliance and Finance teams, taking ownership of client servicing matters from initiation through to completion.Key responsibilities include:
- Managing day-to-day client and investor servicing, enquiries and requests
- Coordinating investor onboarding, KYC/AML and client documentation
- Managing subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls and distributions
- Coordinating NAV statements, capital account statements, fund reports and other investor communications
- Supporting OCIO clients with portfolio reporting, investment meetings and ongoing administration
- Working closely with fund administrators, custodians, banks and other external service providers
- Maintaining visibility over outstanding client matters, deadlines and deliverables
- Identifying and escalating exceptions, delays or documentation issues and ensuring matters are followed through to resolution
- Supporting the continued development of client servicing processes, controls and reportingExperience required:
- 7+ years’ relevant experience within asset management or investment management
- Strong experience in Client Services, Investor Services, Client Operations
- Previous experience working within the DIFC is mandatory
- Experience within a DFSA-regulated asset management, investment management or advisory firm
- Hands-on experience with investor onboarding, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, redemptions and investor reporting
- Experience coordinating KYC/AML requirements and working closely with Compliance
- Good understanding of investment products, fund structures and portfolio reporting
- Experience servicing family offices, private clients, sovereigns/institutional investors would be advantageousThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Client Services professional to join a high-quality investment firm in the DIFC, working closely with senior investment professionals and sophisticated clients across a diverse range of investment solutions.
