In this position, the representative will respond to member inquiries, provide information about services, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client communications via email, phone, and digital platforms, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records in client management systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal wellness and operations teams, assisting with scheduling, and tracking client feedback to support continuous service improvements. The Client Services Representative will play a key role in upholding the collective’s standards of discretion, care, and member satisfaction.Salary$40k-$55kQualificationsDemonstrated skills in Client Services and Customer Service, with experience supporting a high-touch or membership-based environment.Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and active listening skills.Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of building positive relationships and managing sensitive or confidential inquiries.Basic understanding of Finance concepts related to client accounts, billing questions, and service packages.Comfort using CRM or client management tools, email platforms, and standard office software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup, managing time effectively between on-site and remote work.High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy in a wellness-focused environment.Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or membership services is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and further education in business, communication, or related fields is a plus.
