Do you have the curiosity to learn, the confidence to communicate, and the energy to keepprojects moving?Then you might be the person we’re looking for!This role is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, has strong communication skills, and ispassionate about digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:● Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, maintaining strongrelationships by understanding clients’ needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuringsmooth delivery of services.● Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions by collaborating with the internalteams (design, development, marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution anddelivery.● Manage and coordinate the delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, withinbudget, and meet client expectations.● Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, ensuring a high levelof customer service.● Develop and present regular reports and updates on project progress, KPIs, and performancemetrics to clients.● Monitor client accounts, track key metrics, and identify potential opportunities for growth.● Assist in the development of digital strategies and recommendations to help clients achievetheir business objectives.2● Support the business development team by participating in client meetings, presentations,and proposal development.● Manage & Track project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback.● Assist in onboarding new clients and understanding their business objectives, goals, andtechnical requirements.● Follow up, solve problems, and keep things moving—without waiting to be told!Skills & Qualifications:● Experience:○ For CSE : 1+ years of experience (desired) in account management, client servicingor digital marketing preferably in a digital agency or marketing environment.○ For Intern : NIL● Skills:○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationshipswith clients and internal teams.○ Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously○ Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, webdevelopment, etc.).○ Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs andpriorities.○ Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Suite○ A proactive approach to client servicing and problem resolution with the ability toexceed client expectations.● Education:○ For CSE: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).○ For Intern : Currently pursuing (final semester) or recently graduated with a degreein Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Compensation• Compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.• Paid internship for Interns.You don’t need to know everything.
