We're hiring a fresh graduate who understands print, merchandise, events and production, and wants to run real client jobs from day one.What you'll doOwn the brief. Meet clients, pin down what they need, and turn it into a clear job brief with costs and timelines.Get it printed. Brochures, signage, packaging and large-format graphics: check artwork, review proofs, sign off quality.Source the merchandise. Branded apparel, giveaways and corporate gifts: compare suppliers, approve samples, deliver on time.Run the event floor. Line up staging, AV and branding vendors, then be on site from setup to dismantling.Drive production. Follow stands, displays and custom builds from workshop to installation.Keep clients ahead. Share updates, secure approvals and fix issues before they become surprises.What we're looking forDegree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or Event Management. Fresh graduates welcome.Print basics: digital vs offset, paper stocks, finishes, CMYK vs Pantone.Merchandise basics: screen printing, embroidery, engraving and what each does to cost and lead time.A feel for how an event setup and a fabrication job come together.Organised, sharp on detail, confident with clients and firm with suppliers.Happy on site: supplier visits, installations and event-day hours.Internship or university project experience in an agency, print house or events company is a plus.What you'll getHands-on training across print, merchandise, events and production.Your own client jobs early, with a senior account manager backing you.
