Our analysis and strategic planning chops help us and our partners go beyond the brief.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a smart, confident, and proactive Client Servicing professional to join our Dubai team.The role will focus on nurturing existing client relationships while building new ones across the UAE. We’re looking for someone who can confidently lead client conversations, understand business requirements, represent the agency well, and build relationships that grow over time.What You'll DoManage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring proactive communication and seamless servicingLead client meetings and presentations, understand requirements, and represent the agency confidentlyTranslate client briefs into clear direction for creative, strategy, design, and production teamsIdentify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationshipsBuild relationships with potential clients, brands, partners, and collaborators across the UAEInitiate conversations, set up meetings, present Acumen’s credentials, and nurture relationships with prospective clientsNetwork through relevant industry events, referrals, introductions, and business forumsWork closely with senior leadership on proposals, pitches, and new business conversationsTake ownership of communication, follow-ups, timelines, and client expectationsWhat We're Looking For4-5 years of client servicing/account management experience, preferably within a creative, advertising, branding, events, or communications agencyExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsSmart, articulate, presentable, and confident in client-facing situationsStrong networking and relationship-building skillsProactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable taking initiativeStrong sense of ownership, responsibility, and follow-throughAbility to independently lead conversations while collaborating closely with the wider agency teamMust HavesExperience working in the Dubai / UAE marketAn existing professional network within the UAEExperience with client presentations, pitches, and new business conversationsWe’re looking for someone who can own the room, nurture relationships, and create new ones.
