ResponsibilitiesAs a Client Solutions Manager, you will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to advertisers, combining deep digital marketing and product expertise with critical thinking, analytical acumen, and commercial awareness to drive client success across TikTok's suite of advertising solutions.Our team is composed of digital marketing experts who proactively shape clients' growth strategies, from identifying business opportunities and developing full-funnel solutions to driving product adoption, upsells, renewals, and reactivations. About the Role

The Client Solutions Manager - Consumer is a strategic digital marketing expert responsible for helping leading Consumer advertisers unlock business growth through TikTok. The role combines deep expertise across TikTok's full-funnel advertising solutions with strong analytical, consultative, and commercial capabilities. The CSM partners with clients and agencies to translate business objectives into effective TikTok strategies, drive product adoption and investment, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The role spans the full client lifecycle, from pre-sales strategy and solution development to post-sales campaign optimization, measurement, and strategic business reviews. The CSM will also act as a trusted industry and product advisor, bringing Consumer insights, identifying growth opportunities, and partnering cross-functionally to solve client challenges and shape future product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic post-sale relationships with Consumer advertisers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.* Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, consumer journeys, marketing strategies, and key business challenges.* Identify and develop growth opportunities across existing accounts, driving product adoption, upsell, cross-sell, and incremental investment in partnership with Business Partnership Managers.* Conduct regular strategic business reviews and provide actionable recommendations to demonstrate TikTok's contribution to clients' business outcomes.* Build strong relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders and influence decision-making through data, insights, and strategic recommendations.* Partner closely with Business Partnership Managers on pre-sales research, business discovery, and pitches, with a focus on developing relevant product solutions and advertising strategies.* Develop and execute full-funnel TikTok strategies spanning organic, branding, brandformance, consideration, and performance solutions.* Translate client business and marketing objectives into scalable TikTok solutions aligned with different stages of the consumer journey.* Drive adoption and engagement of TikTok's auction platform, auction-based tools, and emerging advertising solutions.* Stay up to date with new products, features, and industry trends and proactively identify opportunities to introduce relevant solutions to clients.* Analyze campaign and business performance data to identify opportunities, diagnose challenges, and provide data-driven recommendations.* Optimize auction campaigns to improve performance against client objectives and proactively identify opportunities for incremental growth.* Support the development of compelling case studies and scalable best practices based on successful campaigns and client learnings.* Apply knowledge of tracking, attribution, and measurement technologies to help clients improve campaign effectiveness and measurement frameworks.* Act as a Consumer industry and product champion, building deep expertise in key product and business growth areas.* Develop a strong understanding of Consumer/CPG dynamics, including consumer journeys, brand building, performance marketing, e-commerce, retail media, and measurement.* Provide structured market and client feedback to Product and Engineering teams and support product development and improvement.* Build team-level expertise and actively promote cross-regional and cross-functional knowledge sharing.* Work closely with Creative teams to provide Consumer clients with creative insights, strategies, and solutions that strengthen campaign effectiveness.* Work with Ad Policy teams to ensure clients and internal teams are informed of relevant policy changes and receive appropriate support.* Partner with Organic teams to help clients strengthen their organic presence and create synergies between paid and organic activities.* Maintain strong operational rigor across active campaigns, including campaign plans, timelines, and key deliverables.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• experience in digital marketing, media, advertising, consulting, or a related field, ideally within Consumer/CPG, beauty, personal care, home care, retail, or adjacent industries.- Proven experience developing and executing full-funnel digital marketing strategies across branding, consideration, and performance.- Strong understanding of the Consumer marketing ecosystem, including consumer journeys, media planning, e-commerce, and measurement.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate campaign and business data into actionable recommendations.- Consultative and commercially minded, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of products and solutions.- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, take ownership, and deliver results with limited direction.- Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills due to the nature of the role looking over turkey and South Asia market. - Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or selling digital advertising solutions at a media platform, agency, technology company, or advertiser.- Experience with TikTok Ads Manager or other auction-based digital advertising platforms.- Experience with measurement, attribution, and analytics technologies such as MMPs, Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MMM, Brand Lift, or other measurement solutions.- Experience diagnosing and solving technical problems in partnership with Product and Engineering teams.- Strong technical understanding of digital marketing technologies, integrations, and infrastructure, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business recommendations.- Previous experience in Consumer industries, particularly Personal Care, Beauty, Home Care, Food & Beverage, or Retail.- Experience partnering with Creative, Measurement, Product, Engineering, Operations, or other cross-functional teams.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
