This is a people-first, results-driven role where clinical knowledge meets exceptional client care and strategic case planning.About the Role:You'll supervise the team and assist doctors throughout their patients' treatment journeys with expertise and clear communication. You'll also lead case planning efforts and support cross-functional coordination across the practice.What will you do?Manage client cases end-to-end.Lead and coordinate a client team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to align on case strategies.Track case progress, follow-ups, and outcomes using practice management systems.What We're Looking For?Proven experience in dentistry (clinical or case management capacity).Strong case planning and treatment coordination skills.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.Bilingual - fluent in Arabic and English.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Relevant degree or certification in Dentistry.
