Clinic Area Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic branches to ensure service excellence and operational efficiencyCoordinate closely with Head of Operations to implement operational policies, standards, and improvementsMonitor branch performance, including service quality, manpower, and operational KPIsLead and supervise branch teams (Front Office, operational staff, and supporting roles)Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and company policies across all assigned branchesAct as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalation at the area levelQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or area management (hospitality, healthcare, or service industry preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAble to work across locations and manage multiple teams simultaneously
